Or perhaps you’re not in a transition but are you or your child are just going through a tough time and could use some extra support-I can help with that, too! I use an attachment-based approach to help my clients navigate boundaries, family dynamics, and life changes, as well as stresses of daily life. With experience working with young adults, parents, and kids/teens, I enjoy using a holistic approach to meet my clients where they are and help them get to where they want to be.
