Times of uncertainty can leave many of us feeling unsettled, even if we can’t quite explain why. I offer a supportive space to pause, reflect, and hold steady through change. You don’t have to be in crisis to seek support—sometimes reaching out is simply a way to stay grounded, strengthen resilience and regain a sense of balance. I have experience and training in Solution-Focused Therapy, Trauma Work, Grief and Loss Therapy, Traumatic Brain Injury, Inmate Rehabilitation, Geriatric Mental Health, and Anger Management. My primary focus areas include traumatic brain injury, depression, anxiety, and anger management.
