Hi, my name is Heather Kinsley (she/her). I will work with you to understand your present life through the lens of your past experiences, including your significant relationships and your family of origin. The stories we tell ourselves about our past impact our present deeply. My sessions are characterized by compassion, curiosity, and humor. My clients come from a variety of backgrounds (religious, economic, racial, sexuality, spiritual, educational, country of origin, etc...) and use their time with me to work through issues related to anxiety, depression, trauma, neglect, self-esteem, relationship difficulties, etc...
