I see therapy as a collaborative process: you are the expert on your life, and my role is to walk alongside you with care, professional guidance, and encouragement. Beginning therapy is the most difficult first step. I would be honored to support you on your journey. Just like a stitched piece can be mended with care, I help clients gently mend the parts of life that feel frayed, overlooked, or broken.
