Did you experience childhood trauma and want to heal but are unsure where to start? Are you noticing that anxiety or depression are making it difficult lt to live your life to the fullest? Have you noticed patterns in your relationships that you want to change? I specialize in treating adults who have experienced childhood trauma, including adoptees, foster care survivors and those who have experienced abuse. My goal is to create a therapeutic space where you can feel deeply seen, heard and felt. Where your pain isn't minimized and your story is honored so that wholeness and inner wisdom can emerge. I have been privileged to do this work for 25+ years. I offer in office sessions, as well as online teletherapy sessions. I utilize several research based trauma healing modalities, including EMDR, IFS, Brainspotting and Somatic Therapy. In addition I am a certified Ketamine Assisted Therapy (KAP) therapist. My sweet goldendoodle, Zuri, is my cotherapist.
