Welcome! My name is Heather Schmidt and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I work with adults via telehealth to provide supportive and solution-focused therapy. Clients often describe me as having a compassionate and calming presence, which I hope can be a help to you. I have extensive experience working with adults struggling with depression, life transitions, grief and loss, and job stress.
