Hi, I'm Heather and I’m a Clinical Mental Health Intern. My ideal client is someone who’s feeling stressed out, stuck, or unsure where to start, maybe dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, or a major life shift. They want a place to talk honestly without feeling judged, learn coping skills they can actually use, and figure out what’s underneath what they’ve been feeling. Their goal is to feel calmer, more confident, and more connected in their relationships and day-to-day life because they’re ready for real change, not just pushing through. I help adults and young adults working through addiction, trauma, anxiety, and big life transitions. My style is warm, person-centered, and collaborative, using narrative work and creative/expressive tools to build coping skills, strengthen identity, and support lasting change.
