Hi, I’m Heather. I believe in meeting people where they are—without judgment and with genuine compassion. My approach to therapy is grounded in the belief that healing happens in the context of relationships, whether that be with ourselves, our partners, our families, or our communities. With a Bachelor's degree in Human Biology from the University of Kansas and a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Colorado Denver, I bring both a scientific and relational understanding to my work.
