Life and relationships can be hard. Finding someone to talk to can be even harder. As a therapist, I hope to provide a safe, calm, and comfortable place for people to come and talk freely, without judgment. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I have worked with many individuals who suffer from PTSD/Trauma, Couples, intimacy issues caused by trauma experienced by one or both partners in a couple, and Pre and Postnatal issues such as Postpartum Depression and Anxiety. Additionally, I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
