I'm an EMDR trained therapist who specializes in complex trauma and stress management. Treatment will move forward at a pace you're comfortable with, and you get to choose the modalities we use during sessions. I see individuals virtually in VT and offer both in person and virtual appointments in IN. I specialize in complex trauma, relationship concerns, perfectionism, highly sensitive persons, nervous system dysregulation, ADHD, adult children of emotionally immature parents, family of origin issues, narcissistic abuse, chronic illness/pain, and codependency.
