Maybe you’ve experienced something traumatic, maybe its just the day to day that’s causing you to want to seek therapy. Hi, I’m Heather Strader, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). I work with adults, teens, and couples through a warm, collaborative, and holistic lens. My trauma-informed approach integrates evidence-based methods including Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, psychoanalytic insight, the Gottman Method, and attachment theory.
