Welcome! I'm glad you've found your way here. My name is Heather Tallmon, and I am a licensed mental health counselor in the state of Massachusetts. My approach to counseling is collaborative, gentle, and grounded in a deep respect for your unique lived experiences. I work with teens and adults to make space for the complexities of their experiences while creating room for change. We’re not here to “fix what’s broken,” but to understand how the past has shaped you, and to find a way forward that feels meaningful, grounded, and aligned with the life you want to live.
