These are trying and tumultuous times, and many of our lives, and our ways of being in the world, have been changed in profound ways over the last several years. With 20+ years of experience I provide compassionate and collaborative individual psychotherapy to pre-teens, adolescents and adults. Historically I have worked with a diverse clientele throughout all stages of life and with predominantly marginalized communities. I often treat folks struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, stress, mood and personality disorders as well as difficulties related to relationships, life transitions, identity and belonging.
