I am trained in depth psychology and my specialties are trauma-informed care, emotional dysregulation, attachment wounds, depression and stress and anxiety as it relates to trauma. I offer skills to handle distress, grief, change and discomfort in your own body and life. I will work with you to set boundaries, realize the difference between hurting someone's feelings and a person having feelings about the boundaries you set. I strive to treat everyone with unconditional positive regard and help you live your best life. In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions. We will discuss a treatment plan and you'll share what your goals for therapy are and I will work with you to help you meet those goals.
