It's tough to make the decision to start therapy. You need to "click" with your therapist, and let's face it: not everyone clicks with everyone! If we're not a good fit, it's not personal. I want to make sure your experience with therapy is comfortable while also supporting you to do the work that's required to achieve your therapy goals. With a combination of empathy and humor, we'll work together to identify your goals and help you reach them.
