Sometimes life just feels heavy — maybe your thoughts won’t slow down, your mood feels off, or things with friends, family, or work haven’t been the same. You might be feeling stressed, frustrated, sad, or unsure of what to do next. I work with people ages 12 and up, creating a safe space where you can be yourself, explore what’s going on, and start finding a path forward that actually feels doable. As a provider licensed in the states of Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky, I support children ages 10 and up, teens, and adults with emotional regulation, anxiety, and stress. My work focuses on the nervous system and integrates CBT, somatic approaches, and DBT skills.
