My name is Heather and I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Bedford, NH specializing in adults and couples. I work with you to identify the negative cycle you are in, recognize triggers, validate the emotions coming up and challenge and change negative thoughts and behaviors in order to get you to the preferred and positive interactional cycle you are looking to achieve. I believe the client is the expert and will support you in gaining a better understanding about what is happening in your body and the systems you are in and feel empowered. I take on a trauma-informed approach to care in order to support, collaborate with, and create corrective emotional experiences with my clients.
