Appointments open as early as next week. I work with ages 15 through adult. As individuals we tend to isolate or fall into unhealthy patterns as time goes by without realizing the last time we talked to another person. As life passes we tend to lose connection to our loved ones, fall into addiction, or feel misunderstood. Counseling helps individuals reconnect as well as have a better understanding of their own mental health. Through counseling I help individuals recognize their body and and mind cues when experiencing events, isolation, and even large emotions.
