I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with a master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling and over 13 years of comprehensive clinical experience. I work with tweens, teens and adults. I have a particular passion and expertise for working with teenagers as they struggle to define their identities, cope with the rapid physical, emotional and psychological changes that take place within them and adjust to the demands of peers, schools, families and society. I provide a non-judgmental and compassionate atmosphere in which you can safely explore and work through feelings, thoughts and beliefs that may be keeping you stuck.
