I work with children ages 3–12 who are navigating big emotions, anxiety, behavior challenges, and difficult life transitions such as divorce, moves, or loss. Many children have a hard time putting their feelings into words, so their emotions often show up through tantrums, aggression, withdrawal, or feeling easily overwhelmed. Through research-based Play Therapy, I provide a warm, consistent, and child-led space where children can safely explore emotions, process experiences, and build confidence, coping skills, and self-regulation through play. My approach is grounded in the therapeutic relationship and helping children feel seen.
