I am here to support you in your personal process of self discovery, transformation and healing. My aim is to provide a safe space in which you are free to express openly, reflect upon the self, unearth the roots of distress, gain greater awareness and facilitate positive change. Looking at the mind, body and spirit as a whole, I utilize an integrative strength based approach designed around the unique experience and goals of each client. Together, we can nurture a trusting relationship in which you are seen, heard and felt. My practice is non-judgmental, non-pathologizing and rooted in a trust in the wisdom of intuitive knowing.
