I meet with couples, individuals, and families who wish to understand themselves better, to be seen rightly by others, and to connect and communicate more effectively with those closest to them. My goal is to sit with you in the emotions, helping you gain comfort in the uncomfortable. Why learn to experience feelings rather than "fix" them?
