I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, depression, and trauma in children, adolescents, and adults. I work to look under the surface and get to the root cause that is contributing to the symptoms keeping my clients stuck from living a fulfilling life. We will work together to understand what is happening in your brain and body, work through current and past stressors that are contributing to your current symptoms, and develop coping strategies to be able to better manage stressors.
