As a therapist, my mission is to help individuals find the strength and resources within themselves to gain insight, enhance their ability to engage in interpersonal relationships, and regain control of their lives. Working collaboratively, we will establish goals, develop a path toward achieving them, and confront obstacles to change and develop personalized tools and skills. I have dedicated my decade-long career to helping individuals navigate the complexities of sexual health, intimacy, and relationship dynamics, in addition to empowering clients to manage and overcome their struggles with anxiety, OCD and low self-confidence.
