Therapy should be a place where you feel safe, heard, and validated. I like to gain an understanding of all aspects of a client’s life to better help them through their therapeutic journey. I incorporate Child-Centered Play Therapy, Theraplay techniques, relaxation techniques, mindfulness techniques, emotion regulation skills, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and other modalities based upon the needs of the client.
