Hello, my name is Heather and I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. I have been providing counseling services for the past 11 years. I have helped many client rebuild their self-esteem, confidence and relationships. I offer virtual and in person sessions. I enjoy building a working relationship with my client and help them apply skills to increase their confidence, self esteem to reduce their anxiety and depression.
