My professional work experience is varied and extensive. I have several years of experience in the fields of mental health, forensic and school social work, and counseling education. The fact that I am fully bilingual in English and Spanish has afforded me the opportunity to successfully reach out to two very different and distinct cultures and ethnicities. I am a firm believer in the potential of the individual to help themselves. I also believe that the body, the mind and the spirit are part of a whole and the individual must achieve a balance amongst the parts in order to heal and become stable.
