Hello I work with individuals from the ages of 0-65 years of age. I am certified in TF-CBT (trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy), CPP (child parent psychotherapy), seeking safety and work with individuals suffering from depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, bipolar disorder and PTSD. I have experience working with individuals from the LGBTQ+ community, different cultural backgrounds, different religions (catholic, Christian, presbyterian and protestant) and have worked with different genders including gender nonconforming individuals and transgender people. I practice CBT, motivational interviewing and talk therapy.
