I currently work with adults, preteens, and teenagers. Some of the topics that I support my clients with are: understanding and managing anxiety and depression, difficulties with emotional regulation, relationship challenges, processing adverse childhood experiences and childhood trauma, facilitating ancestral healing and processing intergenerational trauma, and supporting clients through grief and loss. As your therapist, my priority is making sure you feel safe and deeply heard. I will follow your needs and work collaboratively with you to make sure you are getting what you desire from therapy.
