Most people feel somewhat vulnerable because they are experiencing a crisis or conflict, which has triggered the need for therapeutic intervention. My approach is geared toward reducing and/or stabilizing your stressors so that we can then move on to problem solve the underlying issues that may be impacting you and your family.
