I work with clients of all ages. Adult clients come to me for a variety of reasons including anxiety, depression, work stress, relationship issues, and parenting questions. Loss and grief are often the root of these issues. I believe we need to change the conversation around grief. I am a spiritual person who welcomes clients interested in incorporating spirituality into their sessions.
