Therapy doesn’t have to be scary! My approach is very down to earth and authentic. Humanity is so diverse and I’m here to affirm all parts of you and your unique experiences and identities. I really enjoy working with clients who see the world differently and need a space where their differences are celebrated. I love supporting people who are going through midlife changes/life transitions and seeking to adapt to life in new ways. The journey of life is not linear and we all need support & guidance to make that experience less overwhelming. It takes a lot of courage just to show up to the process of growth. I enjoy nerding out about specific therapy "frameworks", including Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Somatic (body-based) awareness. Our bodies are full of wisdom and tuning into them is crucial for self love and liberation. I also incorporate the wisdom of intuition into sessions and seek to bring clients back into their bodies and the present moment.
