I love helping my clients via Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS) and EFT Tapping. IFS, aka Parts work, is a method for helping all the parts in us find peace and connection to your Inner Well-Being. EFT-Tapping is a form of energy healing that helps your nervous system calm quickly, so you can make peace with what has felt heavy in your heart.
