At times we can hit roadblocks & detours that may take us out of our way- impacting how we feel about ourselves & our relationships. I provide Individual Therapy & Couples Therapy - specializing in relationship issues, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, trauma & life transitions. Practicing a Strengths based approach, I believe that you hold capacities & inherit wisdom about your life. I will support you in slowing down, being Mindful & noticing self-critical, intrusive voices. My clients would describe me as non-judgmental, caring & appropriately humorous. My Couples work is informed by my training in The Developmental Model which integrates Attachment Theory, Differentiation and Neuroscience. I will help you to discover how to approach difficult challenges & topics & respond to each other in new ways that foster deeper understanding and connection.
