I am licensed in GA and MA. I specialize in anxiety and love working with other providers, healers, parents, teachers and caretakers for patients, relatives, parents, partners, etc. who are struggling with burn out, struggling to find balance in their lives, and perhaps dealing with their own health and chronic health issues. In this field we often support and hold space for others without recognizing our own limits, exhaustion, sickness, chronic health issues, and need for love and support for ourselves. I value a space where we can partner to create boundaries, healing, and support for self.
