Perhaps you have considered counseling for some time and are finally ready to take action. Often times making that initial call is the most challenging part of the process. Whether you are a teenager working on navigating your way through high school or college, a young adult stepping out into the world, or an adult dealing with parenting and stressful life events, I recognize the stress and anxiety that goes along with growing up and dealing with transitions and life events. My goal is to provide a warm and trusting relationship in which each client feels safe to openly share their thoughts, feeling, and challenges.
