I enjoy working with adults managing a wide range of concerns including life transitions, grief, shame, family issues, anxiety, depression as well as boundary and relationship problems. I believe change happens in a calm and safe environment with a therapeutic relationship based on trust and compassion. My goal is to work collaboratively with clients and to use evidence-based skills (e.g., cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma informed therapy) as well as more holistic approaches (e.g., mindful meditation and self-compassion) to tailor treatment to meet each individual's needs.
