My experience as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), includes working in a hospital behavioral health unit and counseling clinics for over 12 years. I have been in private practice now for 6 years. My focus is helping individuals manage stress, anxiety and depression, along with working through trauma with client-centered talk therapy, Somatic therapy, EMDR and MBSR. My modalities are integrative and vary based on the individual needs of my client. My strength is in providing a genuinely safe and accepting environment in which you can become comfortable exploring your feelings, thoughts and different perspectives.
