I believe that therapy is a unique experience for every individual. My goal is to help my clients identify their strengths and empower them to overcome their challenges. I strongly believe that therapy should never feel like a burden, but a welcome opportunity to recharge, refocus, and grow. I believe therapy works best when clients feel safe, understood, and supported without judgment. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and practical—focused on helping you feel more grounded, confident, and capable of navigating life’s challenges. As a mom and a military spouse, and I understand firsthand the stress that comes with transitions, uncertainty, and balancing family life. Before becoming a counselor, I earned a BA in Business Administration and worked as an IT analyst, as well as owned and operated a professional organizing business, shaping my structured, solution-focused style.
