I utilize EMDR, IFS, and CBT, working with children, teens, adults, and couples. I am passionate about helping clients as they navigate anxiety, depression, sexual abuse, trauma, PTSD, grief and loss, ADHD, post-abortion healing, boundaries, perinatal loss, and relationship challenges.
