In a warm and supportive environment, I engage my clients in a holistic healing process to create meaningful, lasting change. I work with adults who are motivated to build compassion for themselves and connect with their inner resilience. I see individuals and couples navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, substance use, addiction, life transitions, and relationship challenges.
