I believe that each of us has the potential to experience wholeness. Many of us, early on, were forced to exile parts of ourselves, leaving us feeling constricted, fragmented, less than whole. One element of my work is helping people reclaim these lost aspects of self. Using an experiential psychodynamic approach I help people to deal with problematic issues from their current lives as well as to process difficult experiences from their past.
