While each of us will experience both expected and unexpected challenges throughout our lives, how we move through and process these obstacles can be tremendously impactful. It takes both courage and strength to reach out for help and I believe that this is where treatment truly begins. I treat each of my clients with respect, sensitivity and compassion while working to create an environment of trust and safety. Through individual and family sessions, I utilize my time with clients to build a strong therapeutic relationship in order to create client-centered goals, facilitate communication and develop healthy coping mechanisms.
