I became a therapist because I’ve always wanted to help others. When you’re working through a challenge or setback, I'll help you talk through what happened without judgment or expectations. My approach is Cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused therapy (SFT), and Dialectical Behavioral therapy (DBT) to help you identify and reshape unhelpful thought patterns. This approach gives you tools to feel more in control of your emotions and behaviors. I might adapt my approach to include practices like mindfulness and medication.
