Hi! I'm Heidi, Founder of Heidi Hulbig Mind Body Therapy, a private practice specializing in therapeutic experiences for women. Our mission is to help women learn how to align their mental, emotional, and lived experiences in order to live more fully. In doing so, our clients learn how to use their natural strengths and resources, adopt new perspectives, and make lifestyle choices to support emotional regulation and healing. We aim to empower our clients to believe they are the experts of their lives who are capable of taking care of themselves in meaningful ways. Heidi Hulbig Mind Body Therapy is dedicated to supporting women’s health through the values of autonomy, empowerment, connection, and balance. It’s our hope that practicing with these values in mind will help women learn the value in viewing their emotions as experiences to be understood, not problems to be fixed.
