So glad you're here. I'm accepting, flexible and nonjudgmental. When deep emotional wounds and needs are tended to, we often function better because we feel better. We may find that we embrace unhelpful beliefs about ourselves and others after experiencing difficulties. Befriending and/or challenging the inner critic is essential and enlightening; this process will even be fun at times! Thoughts, feelings, behaviors, relationships, and environment are dynamically intertwined. There are several entry points of interruption to strategically approach life’s challenges, or “opportunities for excellence”. Small steps are preferred!
