I love making therapy easy, accessible and welcoming! It is an honor and pleasure to learn about people and join them in looking at situations differently and finding comfort and growth by learning about yourself. My approach is to work as a team with my client to help them build skills, knowledge and a variety of tactics to deal with life's challenges. Primarily, my work has been with adults of all ages. I have worked with people who have had or are experiencing trauma, life transitions, grief, end of life, anxiety, depression and addictions. I offer 31 years of experience as a social worker before returning to school to develop my therapeutic skills.
