"I just want to be happy." - Everybody. I offer in person and Telehealth video sessions. I am an interactive therapist who works with adults on a variety of issues. I help people navigate life transitions and relationships. My focus is on helping people who are looking to free up negative energy, thought patterns or beliefs which inhibit change or growth. I specialize in the management of stress and anxiety, and depression. My framework is holistic, looking at a whole picture, not just a symptom. Clients today are usually seeking interactive therapists. I am often told by clients, "I like you because you tell it like it is and give me feedback." I help clients work through processes and actively participate in their treatment. I often use a whiteboard in session, and like to educate clients. The goal is healing to move forward and feel empowered.
