I am Certified in EMDR, with a strong interest in finding the right therapeutic approach to help individuals and couples become unstuck, find a sense of balance and well-being, and be able to enjoy life. EMDR is one of the powerful therapeutic tools I have to offer that allows people to work through issues in ways that surprise and free them. I work with adults and older adults coping with PTSD, depression and mood disorders, grief, loss, anxiety disorders, life changes and challenges, and relationship issues. These are treatable problems that can get better.
