I am a clinical psychologist who has over 20 years of experience providing psychotherapy to children, teens, and adults. I value building a strong relationship with my clients in order to help them open up, gain clarity, identify goals, and move towards these goals and grow. I work with clients who struggle with a number of challenges including, anxiety, stress, worry, OCD, depression, attentional and executive functioning problems, relationship difficulties, life transitions, parenting, and work/school problems. I have extensive training and experience with CBT, ACT, and other evidence-based treatments.
